Privacy Policy
Mirror Cosmetic collects only what we need to serve you: your email address when you subscribe to launch updates, and your name, shipping address, email and payment details when you place an order. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card number never touches our servers.
- We never sell or rent your personal information.
- Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Our emails are sent from our own mail server, and your order details are shared with our shipping carrier only to deliver your parcel.
- Emails are used for order confirmations and, if you subscribed, launch and product news. Every marketing email includes one-click unsubscribe.
- Order data is retained as required for accounting and warranty purposes.
- To access, correct, or delete your data, email hello@mirrorcosmetic.com. We respond within 30 days.
Terms of Service
By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. All content, imagery and the MIRROЯ mark are the property of Mirror Cosmetic. Prices are in US dollars and may change before launch. Products are cosmetic formulations, not medical treatments; discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a professional. Patch-test new skincare before first full use.
We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing error, or stock unavailability, and you will always be refunded in full.
Shipping Policy
- Shipping within the United States. Orders of $75 or more ship free; below that, a flat standard rate applies at checkout.
- Orders are dispatched within 2 business days from our US facility; standard delivery typically arrives in 3–7 business days with tracking.
- You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Returns & Refunds
- 30-day returns: if the ritual isn't right for your skin, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
- For hygiene, opened products are eligible for refund once per product line. We stand behind first-time trial of the formulas.
- Damaged or incorrect orders are replaced free of charge; send a photo and your order number to hello@mirrorcosmetic.com.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return being processed.
